Théoule is the last coastal commune before the Esterel massif. Cannes is about 15 km east. Mandelieu and La Napoule sit in between. The résidence is gated; guests are announced at the entrance.
Most international guests fly into Nice Côte d’Azur (NCE), then drive or take a taxi along the coast — typically under an hour depending on traffic and season. Boat hire is arranged at the Port La Galère marina, not through this site.
Private indoor parking is in a residence lot about 200 metres from the apartment.
