This website describes a privately owned apartment in Grappe 4, Port La Galère, 19 Quai Bougainville, 06590 Théoule-sur-Mer, France. The dwelling is about 65 m² on the harbour, plus a terrace of about 25 m². It is let by the owner family as a seasonal holiday rental. Sleeps five. It is not a hotel room and not an agency listing.
This site is not the official site of the Port La Galère résidence, the marina, or Hotel Club Port La Galère. Résidence amenities (pools, beach, clubs, boat hire) belong to the domaine and may change with the season.

The form is a request, not a contract. A stay exists only when the owner has confirmed the dates in writing and the deposit has been received. Until then either side may walk away without fee.
A deposit of €500 is due once dates are agreed. After that confirmation and payment, the deposit is not refundable if the guest cancels, shortens the stay, arrives late, or fails to travel for any reason (including change of mind, illness, missed flights, or “the week no longer suits”).
The owner may cancel before check-in if the apartment cannot be made available (force majeure, serious damage to the building, or a legal restriction on the résidence). In that case the deposit is returned and there is no further claim against the owner.
Lets are Saturday to Saturday, one week minimum. Check-in 14:00, check-out 12:00. July is not offered. Published weekly rates: €1,000 low season; €1,300 June and September; €1,600 August. The balance of the rent is due no later than two weeks before arrival, unless another written schedule is agreed.
A cleaning provision of €200 is payable with the rental. After departure the cleaner inspects the apartment. If it has been left reasonably tidy and clean, €100 of that €200 is reimbursed. If it has not, the owner may keep the full €200. The cleaner’s assessment is the reference. Guests are expected to empty bins, leave dishes done, and leave the terrace and rooms in ordinary holiday order — not a professional deep-clean.
Maximum five guests unless the owner has agreed otherwise in writing. Small pets only if declared at the time of request. Smoking is not allowed inside. Parking is a private indoor space about 200 m from the building, not under the apartment. Guests follow résidence rules at the gate, pools, beach and marina. Loss of keys, damage, or extra occupants may be charged in addition to the deposit and cleaning provision.
Sending a form creates no obligation to take the week and no obligation on the owner to hold it. Once a stay is confirmed, the only sum the guest forfeits on cancellation is the €500 deposit, plus any rent already due under the written confirmation. The owner does not claim further “lost season” damages on a guest cancellation, and the guest does not claim compensation beyond return of the deposit in the rare case the owner must cancel.
The enquiry form is a HubSpot form (portal 443649620). Name, contact details and the dates you type are used only to answer the request and, if a stay follows, to administer it. You may ask for erasure after the stay, except records needed for accounts or a dispute.
These conditions are written for a family seasonal let. They are not a substitute for a signed contrat de location saisonnière if you later want one in the French statutory form. French law on seasonal rentals and the courts of the place where the apartment stands apply.
